When will my order be processed?

Once you place an order, we get things moving pretty quickly.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • This doesn’t include weekends or public holidays
  • Processing time is separate from delivery time

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times start after your order has been dispatched and are estimates only.

  • United Kingdom - 5–10 business days
  • Europe - 6–12 business days
  • International - 8–20 business days

Delivery times can vary depending on location, shipping method, customs processing, and local postal services.

Will I get tracking?

Yep!

  • Tracking details are sent once your order ships
  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch

Sometimes tracking can take a little while to show movement - totally normal.

My order is taking longer than expected

We know waiting isn’t fun, and we appreciate your patience.
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can happen due to:

  • Customs checks
  • Courier or postal delays
  • Weather or busy shipping periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Unfortunately, these things are outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.

What if my order is lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 business days from dispatch, email us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Please note:

  • Claims made before this timeframe may not be eligible for review
  • Once confirmed as lost, we’ll work with you on a suitable resolution

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply
  • These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility
  • They aren’t included in product prices or shipping costs

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your details at checkout.

  • We’re not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If you notice a mistake, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help before it ships
