How do I return something?
Easy, just get in touch with us first.

- Include your order number and tell us what’s gone wrong
- Send through a clear photo or video if there’s an issue

We’ll review it and get back to you within 1–3 business days
Please don’t send anything back without chatting to us first, surprise parcels won’t be accepted.
What items can be returned?
We’re happy to help if:
- Your item rocked up damaged or faulty
- We sent you the wrong thing (oops)
- Your order went walkabout and was lost in transit
- There’s a genuine quality issue
Just make sure you let us know within 7 days of delivery and include proof so we can sort it quick.
What items can’t be returned?
As much as we’d love to say yes to everything, we can’t accept returns for:
- Change of mind (even if it’s unopened or unused)
- Ordering the wrong size, colour, or style
- “It’s not what I expected” when it matches the description
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Normal wear and tear
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
My item arrived damaged! Help!
No stress.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video showing the problem. If it checks out, we’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer standard exchanges.
If something’s gone wrong on our end (damaged, faulty, or wrong item), we’ll usually sort it with a replacement, depending on stock.
How will I be refunded?
If your return is approved, your refund will go back to:

In some cases, we might offer store credit instead, we’ll let you know.
How do I send something back?
If we approve your return, we’ll email you with exact instructions.
- Return addresses vary depending on the product
- If we messed up or the item’s faulty, we cover return shipping
Otherwise, return shipping is on you.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return (if required) is received and checked:
- We’ll email you to let you know what’s happening
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Your bank might take a bit longer to show the funds
Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we’ve made the mistake.
